Simple box for Simple Use

Easy to Setup Easy to configure

Lack of support from Manufacture Lack of support for Dynamic Drives, cannot span, RAID. Only allow Basic and GPT disks

The box is easy to configure, setup and use,cnce you have the proper connections.

If you are going to use eSATA, it doesn't say until you buy that you need a SATA controller which handles multiplexing, besides you only get 3Gbps with SATA. So if you find that you need to buy a SATA controller to get multiplexing just as well buy a USB 3.0 controller and get 5Gbps.
This box works well with all the windows(XP & lastest), the only downfall is that is doesn't handle any native RAID. I figured that I would use the built-in RAID of windows 2008 R2, but it doesn't handle Dynamic Drive capabilities. Only GPT or Basic format. So if you fill up your box with Hard Drives, you'll get 4 drives which you cannot span, raid or anything else like that.

Also, if you're looking for support from the company, expect to spend time searching. Firmware upd.s are not in the support page of the product on their website. It's located in their forums and you have to hunt for it and hope you have the right one or otherwise brick your box.
I would give this product 5 stars, but remove 1 for lack of support and remove 1 for lack of Dynamic Drive Support.

It's a simple box for simple use.
